Positivity is a great tool for living a life of happiness, so long as it is used properly.
Positivity doesn’t mean pretending to be happy when you’re not.
Rather, positivity is acknowledging negative feelings and working through them.
It is knowing you are human and worthy of having a wide range of emotions. Yes, you. So yell, scream, toss a few f-bombs if need be. It isn’t a mistake or a failing. See, because real positivity is knowing that it’s going to be okay, even if you’re not okay right now.
